Caverion has changed its 2014 financial reporting schedule announced on November 1, 2013.
In 2014, Interim Reports will be published as follows:

• Interim Report for January−June on July 22, 2014 at approximately 9:00 a.m. EEST (previously announced: 8:00 a.m. EEST)
   
• Interim Report for January−September on October 31, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. EET
  (previously announced: October 22, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. EET)

Upcoming events for investors and media:

Analyst and Media Presentation in Helsinki on June 10, 2014

Caverion will hold an analyst and media presentation in Helsinki on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 14:00 p.m. (Finnish Time, EEST). The event includes presentations by Caverion’s new President and CEO Fredrik Strand and Chief Financial Officer Antti Heinola. Further information will be sent to the analysts and media representatives following Caverion in the near future.

Capital Markets Day in Stockholm on September 10, 2014

Caverion welcomes analysts, institutional investors and media representatives to its Capital Markets Day in Stockholm. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at approximately 9 a.m. (Swedish Time, CEST). The purpose of the event is to give further insight into Caverion’s strategy and business prospects and it includes presentations by Caverion’s top management. Further information on the programme and instructions for registration will be published in a stock exchange release closer to the event.
