Caverion Corporation (ID 2534127-4) has on March 27, 2014 received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holdings of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in Caverion Corporation shares has fallen below the threshold of 1/20 (5%).

According to the disclosure, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (ID 0533297-9) holds 5,545,561 shares and voting rights, which is equivalent to 4.42%.

Going below the above mentioned limit is the result of the selling of shares on March 27, 2014.
