Invitation to Caverion's Capital Markets Day in Aachen, Germany on September 9, 2015

Caverion invites analysts and institutional investors to its Capital Markets Day in Aachen, Germany. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.−15:30 p.m. local time (CEST) at Caverion’s renewed R&D center in Aachen (Uersfeld 24, 52072 Aachen). A welcome dinner with the company management will be organized the evening before at Pullman Aachen Quellenhof Hotel (Monheimsallee 52, 52062 Aachen).

The purpose of the event is to give further insight into Caverion’s strategy and business prospects. In particular, it explains how the development of the company’s business mix and the creation of a unified commercial offering enable growth and profitability improvement in line with the financial targets.

The day will start with management presentations. In addition to President and CEO Fredrik Strand, the speakers include Antti Heinola (Chief Financial Officer), Werner Kühn (Executive Vice President & CEO, Division Germany), Thomas Lundin (Executive Vice President & CEO, Division Sweden) and Jarno Hacklin (Executive Vice President & CEO, Division Finland). Between the presentations the guests can visit stands showcasing Caverion’s technical solutions.

After the management presentations the guests will visit Caverion’s R&D laboratory located at the same premises. The laboratory specialises in the research and development of advanced products related to ventilation, cooling and automation as well as in customised solutions for highly demanding facilities such as cleanrooms in hospitals and laboratories. In addition, testing and simulation of indoor climate and fire extinguishing are being performed in the laboratory to ensure functionality and reliability in actual conditions.

All presentations will be webcasted. The presentation given by Fredrik Strand can also be followed through a conference call, which is open at 9:00−10:00 a.m. (CEST).
